AI automation and LLM integration

AI automation agency services, from one developer instead of an agency: I take repetitive manual work at small businesses and turn it into a pipeline that does it by itself, with OpenAI, Claude and your own data.

Let’s talk from $300

As CTO of VibeSEO I built a platform that generated and published articles with no human in the loop, through a multi-LLM layer; in DEAL, AI told users who to message on LinkedIn and what to say. The same approach goes into your LLM integration: checks at every step and no hard dependency on a single model.

01/Scope

What’s included

01

Telegram and web bots

A bot that takes requests, answers questions or kicks off processes right from a messenger.

02

Parsers and pipelines

Collecting data from public sources and processing chains that run on a schedule or on an event.

03

OpenAI and Claude features

Classification, text generation, pulling data out of documents. Each step is checked, so it’s not “just a ChatGPT call”.

04

Reports and dashboards

Summaries that assemble themselves instead of spreadsheets someone fills in by hand.

02/Pricing

What it costs

from$300

An AI automation starts at $300. The price grows with the number of steps, data sources and integrations; it goes into a fixed quote after the brief.

Open the estimator

What moves the total

  • How many steps and decisions the process has
  • Data sources and the systems the result goes to
  • Volume and how often it runs
  • Whether it needs an interface: a bot, a web panel, a dashboard
03/How it works

Five steps

You always know what is happening with the project.

  1. Brief

    ~1 day

We talk about goals, deadlines and limits in chat, without extra calls. You get a short brief and a fixed quote.

  2. Design

    3-7 days

Wireframes first, then a clickable prototype that looks like the finished product. Two rounds of changes are included in the price.

  3. Build

    1-4 weeks

The code lives in a repo with CI. The staging link updates as I work, so you see progress every week.

  4. Testing

    2-5 days

I go through every flow on staging and fix bugs, and you test too. We release when the bug list is empty.

  5. Launch & support

    after launch

Deploy to production, handover of the code and docs. A month of support is included in the price.

05/FAQ

Common questions

01How long does an AI automation take?

A simple automation is usually quicker than a typical website; an agent with several integrations is closer to a small web app. The exact timeline comes with the quote.

02How much does AI automation cost?

From $300 per automation. Model API usage (OpenAI, Claude) is billed by the provider to your own account. We go over the expected spend at the brief.

03What can be automated?

Work that repeats and follows rules: handling requests, collecting and sorting data, reports, first drafts of text. I don’t take grey-area work: spam, fraud, scraping behind a login.

04What do you need from me?

How the process runs today, examples of the input and of the result you expect, and access to the services the agent will work with.

05What happens after launch?

A month of fixes and tweaks after launch is included in the price. After that it’s hourly, or a small monthly retainer if you want ongoing work. You keep the full source code and the docs.
