01Context
Digital out-of-home advertising is sold by many separate operators, each with their own screens, formats and paperwork. OOHVAT brings 190+ operators into one place: street billboards, media facades and city formats, screens in malls, business centres and pickup points, transit — metro, stations, airports — and Smart TV.
02The product
The advertiser works in the web app at dsp.oohvat.com. Screens are found through search and filters — by type, format, operator, OTS, price per impression and GRP — or on a map, including a geo filter that finds screens near a given brand or place. A campaign is set up step by step: settings, content upload and rotation, then a media plan with estimated reach. After launch, online analytics show each play: time, place, the screen, the amount charged and the estimated audience.
03Architecture
The public landing and the product are separate: the marketing site is a page builder, while the campaign app is its own single-page application on Vue 3, built with Vite, with Pinia for state and Yandex Maps for the screen map. Keeping them apart lets marketing change the landing without touching the product.
04Outcome
The platform is live and open for self-serve sign-up, with a network of 32,000+ screens in 560+ cities across Russia.
