01Product
A guest could watch and download videos from the public feed and copy their prompts. To make your own video you had to sign in, with a code from an email or through Google. New users got a short tour of the interface. There were ready templates and a button that came up with a prompt for the user. A finished video could stay private or go to the feed.
02Money
Each generation took tokens from the balance. Tokens and the subscription were sold through Stripe. All receipts and “your video is ready” notices went by email, so a confirmed email was required.
03Architecture
An Nx monorepo: web on Nuxt 4 and Nuxt UI, API on NestJS, data through Prisma. User flows are covered by e2e tests on Playwright, and Sentry collected errors. Halfway through we made the product simpler: we removed teams and shared accounts and kept one account per user. That was a separate data schema migration.
04Outcome
The product worked, then we closed it.
